1. Who we are

Volkri is operated by TODO — set legal business name, [mailing address] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [contact email]. By creating an account or using Volkri, you agree to these Terms. If you're signing up for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Beta

Volkri is in beta. Features will change, some parts are unfinished, and there may be bugs or downtime. We don't guarantee any level of uptime. Please keep your own copies of anything important, and use the export tool in Settings.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your account, your password, and everyone you invite to your organization. Tell us right away at [contact email] if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You must be at least 18.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into Volkri (leads, clients, proposals, notes, and so on). You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export or delete it in Settings at any time.

You're responsible for having the right to use the personal information you add, such as details about your leads and clients. For that data, you decide what's collected and why, and we process it on your behalf.

5. Messages you send

Volkri helps you write outreach, but you decide what to send and who to send it to. You're responsible for following the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply, such as CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the US, and GDPR in the EU. Don't send messages to people who have opted out.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Volkri to send spam, harass anyone, break the law, or infringe other people's rights. Don't try to break, probe, or bypass our security, and don't overload the service. Don't use it to collect data in ways that break the rules of the sources it uses.

7. AI and audit results

Some features use AI or automated checks. Their output can be wrong or incomplete. Audit scores, AEO "readiness" scores, and recommendations are estimates, not guarantees of search rankings, traffic, or visibility in AI tools. Review everything before you rely on it or show it to a client.

8. Fees

Founding members: the founding rate of [X]% off stays in place while your subscription remains continuously active. It ends if you cancel, and it may not be combined with other discounts.

Refunds: [e.g., "You can cancel any time. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it."]

We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing your price.

9. Cancelling and deleting

You can cancel any time. When you delete your organization, we remove its data from our live systems right away. [Confirm: copies in backups may remain for up to X days.] Before deleting, use the export tool if you want a copy.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

10. Our software

We own Volkri and its software, design, and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use it while your account is active. You can't copy it, resell it, or reverse-engineer it.

11. No warranty

Volkri is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free, always available, or suited to a particular purpose.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [$100 CAD], whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there]. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [Ontario], unless the law where you live says otherwise.

14. Changes

If we make a material change to these Terms, we'll email the account owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Volkri after that, you accept the new version.
